In Bangkok, we delivered full production management for Meta’s annual flagship summit, hosting over 1,000 guests—exceeding attendance expectations. The experience featured an interactive Reels Studio booth, partner showcases, a main plenary, and three breakout rooms. We managed the pre-event Splashthat invite page and RSVP management, live show programming, along with a satellite livestreaming room to accommodate plenary overflow.

The summit surprised us with our capacity when it comes to large-scale execution. We were given the opportunity to weave together content, engagement, and logistics to elevate Meta's flagship experience in the region.
