One of Meta's three global flagship events of that year, the summit welcomed over a thousand guests at Jakarta's largest Grand ballroom located at the Ritz Carlton. As a tent-pole event of Meta, it came with the pressure to deliver in scale, in strategy, and in production value. The WhatsApp Business Summit was a "summit" that we courageously scaled. Not only did we deliver end-to-end programming and scheduling across plenary sessions, breakout tracks, and ancillary events including a partner summit and C-level breakfast; our scope also extended to RSVP management to set build conceptualization, 3D rendering, and on-site fabrication. We ensured seamless program flow while localizing product showcases and case studies that were relevant for the audience.

One of our most memorable projects, this summit allowed us to rewrite rules on project management in complex, multi-layered events.

It became one of the benchmarks for our off-shore productions that involves logistics in restrictive borders, coordination of various production groups, flying in of key experts, audience management, and understanding international trade and taxation.
